Chandon has a collective of 16 winemakers of seven different nationalities. All six Chandon houses are proudly local. Their journey of discovery began in Argentina in 1959. From there, the road unfolded to California and Brazil in 1973, Australia 1986, China in 2013 and, finally, India in 2014. Chandon has two principal methods, the traditional method and the slow-ferment long Charmat method.
